The garden view duplex is 40 m2. It is a functional room consisting of a living room and a bathroom with rain shower upstairs as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with rain shower downstairs. The sofa in the living room upstairs can be used as a bed for 3-people accommodations. Mimas Hills, described by Homer in Iliad and Odyssey, can be viewed through the window on the upper floor which can be fully opened all the way to the ground.
